Clima y la satisfacción laboral del personal militar de las unidades de la brigada número uno “El Oro”

Resumen

El personal militar se enfrenta a algunas problemáticas que afectan al clima laboral como la rotación de personal, desmotivación, impuntualidad, actitudes negativas e incumplimiento de objetivos. Por tal razón, la investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que influyen en el clima laboral y satisfacción del personal militar de la Brigada de infantería número 1 el Oro. Se aplicó una encuesta y un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia a 200 personas para el análisis factorial exploratorio. El resultado demostró 3 principales componentes: restricciones situacionales generales, capacitación/oportunidad de usar habilidades y apoyo del supervisor. Sin embargo, presentó factores con menores valores como los problemas en la vida militar laboral (0,252), asignación del trabajo no capacitado (0,195), trabajo fuera de la especialidad ocupacional militar (0,259) y confianza del grupo de trabajo (0,548). Por lo tanto, el ambiente laboral es un factor que afecta al desempeño y satisfacción del personal militar.
